Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa (warm or chilled)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or thawed if frozen)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)

  • Splash of plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)

  • Toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Warm the quinoa (optional):
    You can enjoy this bowl warm or cold. For a cozy version, warm the cooked quinoa with a splash of plant milk in a small pan.

  2. Season:
    Stir in ground cinnamon and maple syrup if using. Mix well.

  3. Assemble:
    Transfer quinoa to a bowl. Top with banana slices, berries, a generous drizzle of almond butter, and your favorite toppings.
