Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tbsp plant-based milk (as needed for blending)

  • Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh berries or banana slices

  • Coconut whipped cream

  • Cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings

  • Crushed nuts or seeds

Instructions

⏱️ Total time: 5–10 minutes

  1. Blend:
    In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, and 1 tbsp of milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a bit more milk for a lighter texture.

  2. Chill (optional):
    You can serve it immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill and firm up the texture.

  3. Serve:
    Scoop into small bowls or jars, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy your nourishing treat!
