Ingredients
๐ฑ Serves 4 as a snack

1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can, rinsed and well-drained)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste
Instructions
๐ฅ Total time: 35–40 minutes

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Dry the chickpeas:
Pat chickpeas dry with a clean towel — this helps them crisp up. -
Toss with oil and bake:
Place chickpeas in a bowl, toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through. -
Season while hot:
Remove from oven and immediately toss with your spice blend of choice while still warm.

Tip : You can double or triple the blends and keep them in a small jar for easy future use!
